Estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic Orders: 7 business days

  • International Orders: 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, if tracking is available.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping partners, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.  MUHAMMAD ZAIN  STORE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will try to update your order before it is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the package

We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
